Site earthworks and kerb formation, with the pad cleared and a crane on site.

Bulk earthworks across the pad, with the block retaining wall complete along the rear boundary.

Footings and slab edges poured, with precast panels stacked on site ready to stand.

Tilt panels standing on both rows and the first roof steel delivered to site.

Panels erected the length of both buildings, with roof framing going on.

Roof sheeted and guttering fixed, with door and window openings formed.

Both building shells closed in, with internal works and services under way.

Mezzanine steel and stairs installed beneath the finished roof deck.

Both rows roofed and the central driveway poured as the estate neared completion.

Driveway and parking complete, landscaping planted and estate signage installed.

Finished units with line-marked hardstand and established landscaping.

The completed estate: sixteen units finished, sealed and ready for occupation.

A completed industrial estate in the North Harbour business park, with functional warehouse space, glazed office frontages and mezzanine levels.
Ellevation at North Harbour is a completed 16-unit tilt-slab industrial estate at 68 Boreas Drive, Morayfield. Construction finished in 2026 and the units are now selling individually. Six of the sixteen are under offer; ten remain available.
The estate is built inside North Harbour, a master-planned business park on Brisbane's northern edge. It is finished, tenantable and standing, so the completed buildings can be inspected as they are today.
North Harbour is a master-planned community in the Moreton Bay growth corridor between Brisbane and the Sunshine Coast. The industrial precinct is surrounded by working businesses and an established road network, with Boreas Drive connecting into the Bruce Highway corridor.
Neighbouring lots in the precinct are already occupied by larger-format industrial users, giving Ellevation an active, serviced business address.
Sixteen units are arranged in two facing rows beside a wide concrete driveway, with a container loading zone and visitor parking through the centre. Every unit combines warehouse space, a full-height roller door, a glazed office frontage and a mezzanine level reached by an internal steel stair.
Tilt-slab concrete panels, steel-framed roofs and sealed warehouse floors are paired with dark glazing and timber-batten feature cladding. Shared facilities include a covered staff amenity, accessible amenities, a secure bin and wash-down enclosure, bike racks, mailboxes, landscaped frontage and a six-metre pylon sign.
A dedicated on-site transformer serves the estate. Individual dimensions are set out in the unit layouts below.
The mix is designed for businesses that need warehouse and office functions at one address, including trades, equipment and parts distribution, light manufacturing and assembly, workshops, storage, allied health, fitness and customer-facing service operators.
Two larger end units bookend the estate, with consistent mid-size units between them. Adjoining units can be considered together, subject to availability.
