A light-industrial estate of 24 units across seven buildings, delivered in a single stage, in the 350-hectare Citiswich precinct — home to major national occupiers — now progressing through early site works.
Ultra Urban is delivering Ellevate at Citiswich, a development of 24 light industrial units at 21 Access Place, Bundamba, within the 350-hectare Citiswich industrial estate near the Warrego and Cunningham highway interchange.
The design pairs functional warehouse space with built office components, glazed frontages and a central hardstand and manoeuvring area.
The street-facing buildings use two-storey glazed office fronts, feature cladding and awnings, while the warehouse elevations present consistent roller-door access to the internal driveway.
Citiswich is a master-planned industrial estate at Bundamba in the Ipswich corridor west of Brisbane. It sits among established logistics and manufacturing occupiers on the freight and commuter spine between Brisbane and Toowoomba.
The smaller-format units bring warehouse and office functions into a master-planned setting alongside the corridor's larger industrial facilities.
Focal Group is the builder. The site is established and secured, with hoarding and fencing around the work area.
Early works have progressed through clearing, bulk earthworks and preparation of the building platform. The August 2026 photographs show the prepared pad and surrounding Citiswich facilities.
